Tiles may have slight variations in size, shade, and batch (a standard characteristic in tile manufacturing)
We strongly recommend reviewing samples before confirming your order
These variations do not constitute defects under New Zealand law.
Quotes & Orders
All purchases are processed through a quote-based system.
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote
Orders are only confirmed once accepted and payment terms are agreed
Customers are responsible for verifying measurements and quantities
Art Tile is not responsible for shortages due to incorrect quantities provided by the customer.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation
Prices may change prior to order confirmation
Freight and additional costs will be clearly outlined
Payment terms will be agreed before order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any issues promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to approval and may not apply in all cases.
Special order, indent, and clearance items are non-refundable
Returned goods must be unused and in original condition
Restocking fees may apply
